WHAT COMES WITH THE JIG

JIG BODY

The JIG BODY comes preassembled. It consists of 8 parts machined from 1/2” UHMW.

  1. Bottom plate

  5. Lower stock carriage support

  6. Upper stock carriage support

  7. Pinion axle bracket

  8. Front Face

-All hardware is stainless steel

STOCK CARRIAGE

The stock carriage is a 24” multi t-track aluminum extrusion with a polycarbonate rack.

HANDLE ASSEMBLY

The Handle Assembly is made of 6 parts.

  1. Left side handle (UHMW)

  2. Right side handle (UHMW)

  3. Center handle (UHMW)

  4. Back handle (UHMW)

  5. Pinion clutch (polycarbonate)

  6. Pinion clutch lever (polycarbonate)

    -Screws and pins are stainless steel

    -Extension spring is zinc

PINION

The pinion is made from 1/2” polycarbonate.

MITER BAR

The Miter Bar is 15” long and consists of 2 aluminum parts. UHMW tape is applied to the sides for smooth operation (includes an extra 17” piece of UHMW tape)

CALIPER HOLD-DOWN ASSEMBLY

The Caliper Hold-Down Assembly is made up of 3 aluminum parts.

    -Hardware is stainless steel

CALIPER JAW LOCK

The Caliper Jaw Lock is machined from aluminum and includes an allen wrench and stainless steel screw. An additional allen wrench (not pictured) is provided so that you can adjust tension on the Caliper Hold-Down Assembly without pirating the wrench from the CaliperJaw Lock.

CARRIAGE ACCESSORIES

Two Carriage Accessories are included- an 8” and a 3.25” section. The ends are machined square.

ANGLE BRACKETS

Two aluminum angle brackets are included with stainless steel hardware.

CLAMPING GUIDES

Two aluminum Clamping Guides are included.

CARRIAGE STOPS

The Carriage Stops include 2 aluminum parts each and stainless steel hardware. Six of each part are included.

Two aluminum Accessory Locking Bars are included.

INDEXING GUIDE ASSEMBLY

The Indexing Guide Assembly includes two parts.

  1. Indexing Guide (polycarbonate)

  2. Indexing Guide Locking Bar (aluminum)

    -Small pan head screws/small washers are zinc, all other hardware is stainless steel

    -Also includes stainless steel pan head screw, wing nut, and washer not pictured

ANGLE STOPS

The two polycarbonate Angle Stops come with birch plywood knobs and stainless steel bolts and washers.

CALIPER

Six inch Dail Caliper with 1/64” and 0.01” graduations.

CUSTOMIZED MFT CLAMPS

Two 6” MFT clamps that have been modified to function in the t-track extrusion, or Stock Carriage.

FEELER GAUGES

One set of Feeler Gauges is included.
